Hi my name is Greta.
I work with adults & young adults, particularly those navigating life transitions, shifting identities, or feeling pushed to the margins of society (migrants, students, queer, and neurodivergent individuals—welcome!). Clients often come to me facing stress, burnout, existential anxiety, or feeling disconnected from themselves, their bodies or their lives. In my practice, we co- construct a safe(r), non-oppressive space where you can (re-)connect with your body and find the strength to act on your true desires and values. Together, we unpack how your personal story intersects with broader systems, helping you reclaim your agency, set boundaries, and move forward in an authentic way.
I specialize in identity, belonging, life transitions, and systemic stress. Whether you are navigating issues related to migration, career changes, parenthood, or trauma, I offer a tailored approach blending Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT) & somatic (body-centered) therapy as emotions and mental states are embodied and experienced through bodily sensations.
Suffering isn’t a sign that you’re failing; it’s a natural response to an exhausting and unjust world. You don’t have to hide parts of yourself or fit into rigid boxes to deserve care. Your unique story deserves to be truly seen and validated. When you feel ready to explore your path forward in an affirming space, I warmly invite you to reach out.
